Terms and Conditions
1. "Oxid" Ltd.: S/K 445762121 is a dry cleaning and commercial laundry company located in Batumi.
2. Oxid will provide washing and cleaning services to you in accordance with the conditions below. By using the Oxid services, the user agrees to the terms and conditions below, and the agreement between Oxid and the user applies only to them and is not subject to third-party review.
3. Oxid will try as much as possible to provide its customers with high-quality service. Oxid is not responsible for any damage caused to the item during washing according to the attached instructions (label), which indicated how to wash the item. If an item is damaged because it did not have the washing instructions on the label then Oxid will not be responsible for any damage to the item. Oxid reserves the right to refuse to wash and clean the item and does not guarantee stain removal. Oxid is not responsible for loss or damage to items that may have been in the pockets of the items to be washed (eg money, jewellery, etc.).
4. In the rare event that Oxid loses or damages an item received, Oxid will compensation damages calculated as follows: the cost of a new identical item less the item's statutory depreciation. However, the amount received should not exceed five times the cost of the service paid for cleaning the item.
5. Oxid is not liable to compensate for any damage to the damaged item if the damage is caused by: moth or other insect, fire, flood or any other cause over which Oxid had no control.
6. Oxid has the right to alienate or sell for charity purposes such items that the customer left and did not take within 6 weeks from the date specified in the ticket.
7. The user is obliged to check the received item in the Oxide store. If the item left the store, no complaints were received from the customer.
8. Oxid's liability is limited to five times the service cost of the item (paid by the customer to have that particular item washed in a cleaning service). IN NO EVENT SHALL OXID BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER OR NOT OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN.
9. All disputes between Oxid and its users shall be resolved based on the laws in force in Georgia.
10. The price of the service is given in national currency. Payment is made in national currency. We reserve the right to change the price. The price change will not affect the services for which we have already received an order according to these terms. You can pay the cost of our services using a bank plastic card. The owner of the plastic card must keep the check received in case of payment.
11. Order
Ordering is done both online and through the app. When you place the order, you will receive a confirmation and the courier will contact you. The prices on the website and in the application are given in GEL including VAT.
12. Cancellation of order
In case of cancellation of the order, the money will be returned to you within 10 working days.
13. Delivery period
The delivery time depends on the delivered item and the chosen service. We will try to return the order to you within 72 hours on average, but this period may be extended and we will notify you.
14. Force majeure
The parties participating in the agreement are not responsible for the fulfillment of the terms of this agreement if it is caused by such force majeure circumstances, during which it becomes impossible for the parties to fulfill them.
Force majeure means war, natural disaster (earthquake, flood, landslide, fire), epidemic.
The deadlines for fulfilling the obligations provided for in the agreement will be postponed accordingly according to the deadline for force majeure circumstances.
At this time, the party is released from responsibility only during the period of force majeure.
This obligation must be fulfilled immediately after the termination of the force majeure circumstance.
